Giant Killer Media Design, LC (Also referred to as “GKMD”)

Business Policies: All clients of Giant Killer Media Design are bound to the policies that are written below as of February 25, 2009.  Any clients with projects that began before this date are only bound to the agreement that was placed on your sent contracts that are specific to your work.

Pricing Protocol:

All projects priced above $700 abide by these guidelines:
-Any projects priced below $700 are to be paid in full at beginning of project start.

1. 40% Down to Begin your project.
2. Remaining Balance:
   For Print Projects: To be paid in full on completion of approved design. Upon successful payment, client will receive full quality design.For Web Projects: Balance to be paid before the launch of the website or 60 days after the start of your project; whichever comes first.

Any other pricing payment or provisions are only allowed upon GKMD written appoval.

Client Quotes:
All quotes for client work will have a disclaimer referring each client to this web page. Your initial payment abides you to this agreement of GKMD written policies on this page.

All GKMD sent quotes are good for 60 days. After 60 days, Giant Killer Media Design reserves the right to modify quote in regards to pricing, services and timeframe availability.

Delivery Times:
We are bound by the timeframe we give you on your client contract. Giant Killer Media Design reserves the right to be free from this when client delays the content material for their project. Content material includes pictures, text info, pdf files, email address listings and any other material that we would need from the client that will appear on client work.

Other Items:
GKMD will save a backup of client work for backup purposes.  We will allow for one replacement if files are lost by client. After that, there will be a $25 replacement cost for designed files for work completed and sent on CD to client.

Portfolio Use: GKMD reserves the right to place designed graphic link or text link displaying “Site Designed By GKMD” on clients website. Link will be linked back to Giant Killer Media Design. We also reserve the right to use client work in our portfolio if chosen to use by us.
